All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take longer for delivery.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (India only).

A standard delivery charge applies for orders below ₹999, depending on your location.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status online.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.
