Return and Refund Policy — Musifyo

1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products

Items purchased during clearance or special offers

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process
To start a return:

Contact us via phone or email with your order number.

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Once approved, please send the item back to our address (return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless the error is ours).

4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned product, we will notify you about the refund status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof. We will replace or refund the item as per your choice.
